Gen10 BT+ and Gen10 TG+ line of PAGE Mini Gels (1.0mm) capitalize on the traditional resolving and separating power of Acrylamide by fabricating this matrix with unique gel chemistry that combine to deliver enhanced results in key areas of performance including separation, staining, resolution and Western transfer.
4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Mini Gels (15 wells) from Invitrogen and ConnStem (Cat. #13A11) were loaded with identical samples and run back-to-back for 35 minutes at 200V using MES buffer from Invitrogen. Better separation and staining was observed with the ConnStem gel.
